Over the years, the Lac du Bonnet & District Chamber of Commerce has been involved in numerous projects for the benefit of the Lac du Bonnet area. Here are a small sample of the Chamber's projects.

80 + vendors, 3 venues, 1 town. Shop LdB is the day to shop for Christmas in
Lac du Bonnet. This event is the combined efforts of the Winnipeg River Recreation, Lac du Bonnet Farmers Market and the Lac du Bonnet & District Chamber of Commerce. Welcoming shoppers from far and wide into our sales, stores and restaurants.

Experience Lac du Bonnet SignExperience Lac du Bonnet Sign

The Experience Lac du Bonnet Sign on Highway 59 is a Chamber initiative. It helps direct those travelling on Highway #59 to our four season's Playground.

Lac du Bonnet Area Map

Icon_mapEvery Spring the Lac du Bonnet & District Chamber of Commerce produces a full size map of the area. The map will be delivered to residents with The Leader on May 19, 2011 and is also available for pick up at The Leader box on 2nd street that day. Alternatively various businesses, or at the RM or Town offices are locations where you may obtain one. Moonlight MadnessMoonlight Madness

We have hosted the Moonlight Madness event in December where participating stores have remained open late to encourage local shopping for Christmas items with discounted pricing, and have provided opportunities to win prizes. Shopping locally benefits all of us, and we thank everyone for their support!

With the support of community organizations, the Chamber hosts the annual Christmas Tree Lighting, and the arrival of Santa Claus ever year in November.

Welcome to Lac du Bonnet SignsWelcome to Lac du Bonnet Signs

The creation of two Welcome to Lac du Bonnet granite signs were erected: one on Hw y 11 and the other on Hwy 317, to help direct visitors to our beautiful town.

Beautification AwardsBeautification Contests

The Chamber has sponsored Beautification Contests to encourage businesses to decorate/beautify their establishments. In addition, The Chamber initiated the banners on the poles along the main roadways, which are decorative and informative.
